The stay at the best Western was wonderful. This hotel exceeded expectations. The room was spotless and well-maintained. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The complementary breakfast had a great variety of options. The pool was a plus. Location was ideal, close to attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The That’s Western offer great value for the price.
Been coming here for 45+ years, never had a bad time or experience, the rooms are great, the pool also, the 99 Restaurant is not to bad, but this is my first time complaining here unfortunately!! my stay was 3 nights, neither days my beds were not made up or towels taken or room cleaned!! Had to go to front desk each time to replenish our towels, I did see cleaning people but not for my room, told the front staff and seemed they didn't care! Also in need of new mattresses at least by the poolside rooms! Hopefully my next stay (December) it will be back up to standards!!
This place was amazing. It's clean, safe, and has more then what u want in a hotel. Breakfast is great. Staff is super nice. I recommend this place highly.
A great surprise on our way to Montreal! A very efficient and friendly staff, excellent location and an unexpected room upgrade made our stay memorable. Restaurant 99 is also a major plus. We did not use the pool, but it looked great!
This hotel is wonderful! I have been going here since I was a young child, and we always stay in a room by the pool. They have maintained and updated it well, without taking away from it's uniqueness. This last time we were here due to my husband being in the Plattsburgh hospital. We were in a stressful situation and an unplanned vacation. The staff were all exceptional. We were given a hospital rate which really helped. The breakfast was great. I will definitely be back, still my favourite place for a few days getaway. I definitely recommend this hotel.
After a long trip, the motel was welcoming. Busy place with full amenities. Good restaurant attached. Room was large and clean. Breakfast was good and plentiful.
There is nothing luxurious about this hotel but I have been coming here for 20 years and my kids absolutely love the poolside rooms. We recently booked all 12 poolside rooms for new years and had the best time. Jerrod, is awesome, super helpful and accommodating, if you need to book a block of rooms, he's your guy. It's located next to the mall, grocery stores are across the street.
Best hotel stay of my entire life! Every staff person was super friendly and helpful. Loved the pool. Love the patio. Breakfast was delish. I honestly wish I could live here.
